We do everything we can to make ordering and shipping as easy and smooth as possible. Therefore, we are affiliated with various external parties who, among other things, securely handle payments and shipments. For payments, we work with Mollie, one of the largest payment providers in Europe. For shipments, we work with Myparcel, a subsidiary of PostNL.
As soon as we receive your order and payment, one of our employees will immediately process your order. We always try to keep you informed as best as possible until you have received the package.
Delivery times:
Unfortunately, we cannot stock all exhausts and therefore have almost no physical stock of exhausts. Because we have direct contact with manufacturers, we always have quick information about stocks and ordered exhausts are sent directly from the factory to our company. In our webshop, we have indicated the expected delivery time of your order per brand and product. This can be found with each product, but is also displayed during checkout. We can almost always meet these delivery times.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace to follow the sent package.
Shipping Costs:
When you order an exhaust, you will almost never pay shipping costs for shipping within the Netherlands. Shipping is free within the Netherlands for orders over €99. For orders below that price, we charge a small fee to cover the cost of shipping, processing, and packaging the order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
For Belgian customers, free shipping applies for orders over €199. For other countries in the EU, we have adjusted rates that are automatically calculated during the ordering process
