If the product is not at all what you expected or if you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, in many cases, returns are possible. Please read all the information and conditions below for what the return must meet.

Register return WITH account.

  • Click here to go to your account.
  • Click on 'Your orders'.
  • Click on 'Details' behind the order.
  • Check the products you want to return.
  • Add an explanation if necessary and press 'Request a return'.

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email from us. Pack the products securely in a box and include a copy of the return that you received by email, or an enclosed letter with your contact information and return number.

Register return WITHOUT account (guest)

  • Click here to go to the order.
  • Enter your order number and email address.
  • Set a password at the bottom of the page.
  • Follow the steps for registering a return WITH account.

Registering a return without an account is not possible, therefore it is necessary to set a password and activate your account.

Return processing:

  • Your return will be processed within 14 days after registration.
  • We always assess whether a return meets our conditions.
  • You will receive your money back within 2 working days after processing.

- Insufficiently stamped packages will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for returns until they are received at our warehouse.

Refund of shipping costs:

  • Shipping costs reimbursed on invoice when returning the entire order. **
  • No shipping costs reimbursed for partial returns.
  • All costs incurred will be reimbursed if we have made a mistake.

** Standard shipping costs will be credited. Surcharges on payment methods such as PayPal or Credit Card will not be refunded.

Return conditions:

  • Products may not be used or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging.
  • It is possible to register a return within 14 days of receipt.
  • After approval of an employee, the package can be returned.
  • The package must be returned to our company within 14 days after approval.

It may happen that a product has an "acknowledgment" indicating that you agree that an item cannot be returned. Usually, this is because it is specially ordered for you from abroad. In this case, there is no right to return, unless there is an error on our part.
